The challenge
A mobile car key locksmith covering Kent from a van, with no fixed premises, no website and no Google listing. Every job came from word of mouth or from paying a lead-generation site a fee per call, which meant no control over volume and no idea what a customer actually cost. The trade is almost entirely urgent and mobile: someone locked out of a car searches on a phone and rings the first credible result. If you are not in the map pack at that moment, you do not exist. Having no shopfront makes that harder, because a service-area business has to earn its local visibility without an address doing the work.
