About

Small team, direct collaboration, since 2008.

We have been building websites since 2008. It started in Kyiv, and the work has since taken us through Poland and Scotland to Gravesend in Kent, where we are based today. Along the way we have built for clients in Ukraine, Italy and across Europe, and in the United States.

In that time the technology has changed completely and the job has not: make it clear what a business does, make it easy to get in touch, and make sure the people looking can find it.

We are a small team and we work directly with you. The people you speak to on the first call are the people who design it, build it, run the ads and write the monthly report.

Real people, building real websites.

How we work

Small team, direct collaboration. You work with the people who build it.

  1. Prototype

Two or three directions, presented as clickable prototypes rather than mood boards.

  2. Build & track

Site, pages, search and ads built as one system, with GA4 and conversion tracking in from day one.

  3. Measure & grow

Monthly reporting — cost per lead, rankings, AI visibility — and the next change worth making, decided on data.

Worth saying plainly

What we don’t do

Account managers

You talk to the people doing the work. Nothing is relayed through someone whose job is to relay it, which is faster and stops detail going missing.

Long contracts

Monthly work runs month to month with thirty days notice either way. If it stops paying, you should be able to stop it without waiting out a term.

Audits before a signed proposal

We will tell you what we think on a call, for free. A full audit is real work and we price it as such, rather than giving away a shallow one to win the job.

Promises about rankings

Nobody controls Google. We commit to the work, the measurement and a monthly report you can check us against — and we will tell you when something is not working.

What we build on

The stack

  • WordPress

Oxygen, ACF and PHP — no page-builder bloat

  • Shopify

    Theme work in Liquid

  • WooCommerce

When the checkout has to bend to the business

  • Next.js + Payload

When speed is the point — this site runs on it

  • GA4 & GTM

Conversion tracking that counts the right thing

  • Google Ads

    Managed on cost per lead

  • Search Console

    Including the AI-surface reporting

  • Schema / JSON-LD

    Built in, not bolted on

How we are set up

Where we work

Most of our clients are in Kent — Gravesend, Medway, Dartford, Maidstone and the towns around them — and we will happily sit down with you.

The rest is London and the wider UK, which runs remote-first. We come on site when a project genuinely needs it rather than as a matter of routine, because a two-hour round trip rarely improves the work.

What being small actually means

We take on a limited number of projects at once, which means we sometimes cannot start when you would like. We would rather tell you that than take the deposit and put you in a queue.

It also means there is no department to hand you to. If something goes wrong on a Friday afternoon, the person who answers is the person who built it. That is the trade: you get continuity and people who know your site, rather than a larger agency with more capacity and more layers.
